Library-sponsored programs receive first priority when scheduling our meeting rooms. When rooms are not needed for Library activities, they may be reserved for community groups hosting civic, cultural, or educational events.

To maintain an open and equitable community space, meeting rooms may not be used for:

• Private social events (e.g., birthday parties, baby showers)

• Fundraising activities, except those that directly support the Library

• Promotion, advertising, or sale of goods or services

• Events that charge admission or require a paid ticket
